PEI has purchased the remaining assets of 18 funds, enabling the managers of those funds to wind them down.  PEI’s holdings, primarily US-based, have included investments in more than 1,700 portfolio companies, covering a broad cross-section of the U.S. economy.

PEI also manages primary funds-of-funds that invest in venture capital, growth equity and buyout funds at the time of their origination.  PEI’s investors include major fund managers, corporations, endowments, foundations and family offices.

PEI’s investment professionals have an average of 16 years of private equity experience and have worked together through a variety of investment cycles.
